مسائل مربوط به کپی رایت تصاویر و متون متعلق به موزه مردم.
1. کپی رایت از آدرس ها، سخنرانی ها و مقالات دانشگاهی و غیره، متعلق به موزه مردم شامل تصاویر و فیلم ها که اشیا یا اعضای موزه مردم را به تصویر می کشد و غیره، تحت شرایط استفاده از سایت موزه مردم قرار می گیرند.
2. با توجه به موارد زیر تمام تصاویر در سایت، متعلق به موزه مردم می باشد:

1) دادن منبع و رفرنس،

در برخی موارد، شخص ثالث (به طرف دیگری اشاره دارد. از این پس به عنوان "شخص ثالث" مطرح است) حق تکثیر یا سایر حقوق به بخشی از مطالب که ممکن است متعلق به سایرین باشد. استفاده محتوی که شخص ثالث دارای حق تکثیر یا سایر حقوق است ممنوع است، مسئولیت استفاده اینگونه مطالب بر عهده کاربر می باشد.

3) قانون و دادگری
شرایط استفاده باید مطابق با قوانین ایران باشد.

الف. موزه مردم هیچ مسئولیتی در قبال هر گونه استغاده صورت گرفته از مطالب توسط کاربر را برعهده نمی گیرد (از جمله استفاده از اطلاعات ویرایش یافته از محتویات) .

ب. محتویات ممکن است تغییر، منتقل یابد و یا بدون اطلاع قبلی حذف شود.

5) دیگر موارد،
الف. شرایط استفاده، محدود به آن نوع از استفاده که ذکر شده نبوده و تحت قانون کپی رایت ایران می باشد.

ب. شرایط استفاده در تاریخ 25 ژانویه 2017 بر اساس قوانین ایران تعریف شده است. شرایط استفاده ممکن است در آینده تغییر نماید.

ج. شرایط استفاده تحت لیسانس CC ورژن 4.0 (از این پس به آن "مجوز کپی رایت" می گوییم) هستند. این به این معنی است که محتوا براساس شرایط استفاده، تحت لیسانس CC شرایط استفاده می باشد.
